Problem
Printing fails with the error "Error While Opening Virtual Channel" when attempting to print to local printers.
Cause
The ThinPrint printer is connected via an ICA or RDP protocol. This error occurs when the virtual channel cannot be found, indicating that the ThinPrint Client is not available or properly connected.

Solution
Verify on the user's workstation that the correct ThinPrint Client is installed and that it starts automatically with the remote connection. You can confirm this by checking if the ThinPrint icon is visible in the system tray. If it's missing, reinstall or troubleshoot the ThinPrint Client to ensure proper startup.
