Issue: After updating the Mac to OS X 10.12 (Sierra) printers are mapped but printing doesn’t work anymore.
Cause: some changes in Virtual Channel and used Citrix Receiver version
Solution: Update Citrix Receiver. Steps to be aware of:
- Update Citrix Receiver to the current version.
- Uninstall ThinPrint Client Mac for ICA.
- Install ThinPrint Client Mac for ICA again.
- Restart system.
- Start Citrix Receiver.
- Open the session.
- Print.
