- Two modes are available for activating users, i. e. assigning licenses to user accounts:
- automatic user activation (default)
- manual user activation
- With automatic user activation the licenses are assigned to users when they receive a printer via AutoConnect the first time or with their first printing. Even in this mode it’s possible to – additionally – activate users manually.
