Problem:
When printing via ThinPrint to a Zebra label printer the print out is either missing completely, empty label or the print out is cut off / wrong scale. Additionally the paper format might be missing in the ThinPrint printer preferences.
Cause:
In the Zebra driver printing preferences you always have a default label also called "stock" and specify the paper dimensions. It does not matter what you enter in this stock, ThinPrint autoconnect always gets the wrong paper dimensions from the printer driver. See below what happens when you try to get the dimensions and the default stock is set to 3x5" (76,2 x 127 mm).
Paper: "User defined" (256; 762, 1270) (index; sizeX, sizeY (in 1/10mm))
Margins, 300 300 224 74 (dpi X, dpi Y, printable width, -height)
with: 0 0 (physical offsets in device units X, -Y)
equals:, 0 0 189 62 (mm)
Correct:
Margins, 300 300 900 1500 (dpi X, dpi Y, printable width, -height)
with: 0 0 (physical offsets in device units X, -Y)
equals:, 0 0 762 1270 (mm)
Solution:
Create a new stock and set this stock to be default in order to also have it as default paper format in ThinPrint printer.
